  3. Great advice!! I just gave the same advice to a guy that wants to get back into running. There was one question that he did ask that I'm not so sure about. He is considerably over weight, probably close to 60 to 70 lbs over weight. What kind of advice would you give to someone like that? I gave him the heart rate formula and told him to start there and that would help in burning fat. Like always, you guys are awesome, thanks for all your video's….happy training!!!
